How the Airbnb Lease Process Works

Submit your property

Share details about your property location, configuration, current setup, and expected lease range. Takes less than 5 minutes.

Revenue potential assessment

I evaluate your property's STR earning ceiling based on real market data. Only properties that clear this filter get listed, this protects both you and my operators.

Matchmaking & strategy session

Once listed, I identify and vet the right operator from my network of co-hosts and PMCs. You get a shortlist, not a gamble. The strategy fee is charged at this stage.

Lease agreement & handover

Once matched, a formal lease is signed. The operator takes charge of operations. You collect your monthly lease and stay completely hands-off.

Your Investment
(One-Time Matchmaking Fee)

This is a matchmaking & strategy fee, not a listing fee. It covers your revenue assessment, operator identification, vetting, and pitch. I only list properties I believe in, which is why this isn't free.

Monthly lease amount is agreed directly between you and the operator, guided by my market assessment. Minakshi Dahiya does not take a cut of your monthly income.
